Terms of payment: TT (Telegraphic Transfer) at date of confirmed order,
or by an irrevocable, transferable Letter of Credit (L/C) confirmed
by a first class bank and payable at sight against the usual shipping
documents. Payment in USD.

Terms of delivery: EXW (EX-Works) ADEELA
store Jakarta. On request, we could provide CFR (Cost+FReight) destination
prices using preferred freight options, and we shall calculate for each
shipment and inform final confirmation on the total quote.

Shipment before 14 days after the TT receipt or 21 days after clean
and confirmed L/C receipt. We make every effort to abide
by any agreed delivery date but we can accept no liability in respect
of non-delivery or delayed delivery.

We reserve the right to supply goods conforming to the latest designs,
where there are alterations in detail such embroideries and colors due
to rapidly changing fashion. The buyer shall have no claim in respect
of any discrepancies between the goods supplied and those described
